This Wednesday, a possible military air accident left two officials dead, in what is the fourth event of this type that affects the National Armed Forces (FAN) so far this year.
In fact, a Sukhoi in Guárico was involved.

On Monday, February 4, the Russian MI 35 helicopter fell in El Pao, Cojedes state, leaving five soldiers wounded in the context of military exercises before an alleged US intervention.

On Monday, March 11, the Cessna 206 aircraft of the acronym YV-1801 was damaged. The aircraft rushed ashore in the Gran Sabana, Bolívar state.
Colonel César Paúl Padrino Bruzual and the sergeant major of third José Silvestre Granja, both of the Zone of Integral Defense (Zodi) Guayana, died.
Colonels Andrés Bermúdez and Carlos Sánchez, and the pilot Jossan Pérez were injured.
It is presumed that the event occurred due to lack of fuel and in the Maurak mountain range, near the airport of Santa Elena de Uairén.
The plane belonged to Aerotransporte La Montaña.
The Cougar acronym FA-59180, attached to the Presidential Guard, fell in the El Hatillo Volcano sector on Saturday, May 4.
A total of seven Army officers died, including Major Alexis Alejandro Ávila Guerrero, pilot; Captain Carlos Eugenio Ramírez Dávila, co-pilot; Major Jacinto Alexánder Rengifo Rodríguez, machine chief; Lieutenant Colonel Tomás Enrique Ortega Valero, flight attendant; and Lieutenant Colonel Fernando Betancourt Ponte, Captain César Barreto Galán and Captain Felipe Amaya Villafrán.
The fourth event of the year occurred on Wednesday, October 16, in Guárico.
