Singapore Airlines awarded as “The most customer-oriented airline in the corporate segment”

Singapore AirlinesSingapore Airlines received one of the highest awards of Buying Business Travel magazine, becoming the winner in the nomination “The most customer-oriented airline in the corporate segment” in Russia and the CIS. The award ceremony took place on December 3 at the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park Hotel.

The BBT Awards was established over 20 years ago and is one of the most prestigious tourism awards. It is awarded for high achievements of companies and individual entrepreneurs in the field of business tourism. The short-list of the competition was determined by online voting, and the winners were chosen by a group of independent experts.

As a recognized world leader in air travel for over 70 years, Singapore Airlines has repeatedly received numerous awards due to its excellent service, leadership in the food industry and the convenience of its route network. Singapore Airlines is currently implementing two loyalty programs for the corporate segment. One of them is designed for large companies, and the other for representatives of small and medium businesses. The programs allow corporate customers to save on travel and receive significant bonuses thanks to special fares and miles accrual programs.
