Finnish national air carrier Finnair is searching for more than a hundred pilots. At work are invited experienced pilots and those who have no flight experience. The latter will need to undergo two-year courses at the Aviation Institute of Finland or a special program from the air carrier. The pilots who already have experience will undergo advanced training courses and already in 2018 will be able to become the second pilots on Airbus aircraft.
Training programs range from 18 to 24 months and involve admission fees ranging from 15,000 EUR to 29,000 EUR. Successful applicants for the position of the Finnair pilot will be able to take advantage of special loans.
The initial salary of the airline’s pilots is 3,000 EUR and the average salary is 10,952 EUR. The application submission period will last from August 1 to August 31, 2017.
Recruiting campaign of Finnair is connected with growth of profit of an air carrier, as in the second quarter of 2017 sales have grown on 11%. A total of about 100 new employees are planned to be hired.
