Hundreds of shadows were cast in the sky over the desert of New Mexico (United States) but not from clouds.
The Albuquerque International Balloon Festival, held every October, attracts thousands of tourists from around the world every year.
Hundreds of balloons, of all shapes and colors have participated in this edition.
